The Beginning of CatoBurmese

Background

My love affair with Burmese began in 1998 with a very special little brown girl I named Cassie.  She was quite a small girl, but WOW, what a personality!  She was very special in more ways than one - initially it was because of her I became interested in cats, showing and breeding.

In the following years I concentrated on improving my Burmese bloodlines.  By importing different blood lines from Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, the gene pool at CatoBurmese has been improved considerably. Catoburmese has recently aquired rare NSW bloodlines

Past Cats

Cassie was my first girl, and was quickly followed by C.C., a lilac girl.  I then purchased a chocolate girl, Rhanni, from W.A., and subsequently kept one of her kittens, Fudge, followed by her kitten Del.

Current Cats

My current beautiful Burmese cats are all females and they are a great delight to me. First there’s the queen of CatoBurmese, Magic a stunning 5 year old lilac Burmese who is my constant companion.

Next there is Karma an amazingly affectionate 18 month old brown Burmese who is afraid of no one and will go to strangers demanding affection.

Finally there is Kahlua Princess aka Mischief who is a 9 month old chocolate pointed Burmese who is a real live-wire.
